Every workshop is designed to be engaging, interactive and highly practical. Participants leave with an action plan, so that they can get started reaping the rewards of their new knowledge.
All workshops are designed to be approximately one hour long, but can be fitted to your time frame. Workshops can also be combined to create a half-day seminar. Jill will always work with you ahead of time to learn about your group, goals and event, so that she can best meet your needs.

In this hour, you’ll learn to use food as a powerful tool to help you be your most happy, relaxed and energetic self throughout the day. Then, while tasting these healthy treats, you’ll create your own menu and grocery list so you can get started right away incorporating these tools in your life.
Tennis Ball Tension Tamer
Stressed? We’ll discuss how mind follows body when it comes to stress and then you’ll meet your new masseuse, Wilson T. Ball. It’s amazing how you can work the tension out of your muscles—and mind—with a well-placed tennis ball. It’s cheap, easy, and gives you the power to ease tension at the drop of a mat. Wear your gym clothes ‘cause we’ll be on the ground.

Laughter Yoga
This seemingly silly exercise is a very smart way to lower stress, boost mood and produce endorphins. It’s amazing how well this works! In fact, research shows that laughter yoga can be as effective as prescription drugs for lowering blood pressure, reducing anxiety and boosting mood. Don’t miss it! This may be one of the most odd, exhausting & FUN things you’ve ever done.

Maximize your Metabolism: Strategies for people who like energy & eating!
Starting around age 30, the average metabolism slows down 5% per decade. That doesn’t sound too bad until you do the math and realize how much food you don’t get to eat if you want to maintain your weight! What’s more, your declining metabolism can take your energy level along with it. Luckily, there are plenty of healthy and painless ways to boost your metabolism and we’ll cover them all. We’ll also cover the unhealthy ways (e.g., diet pills) that you want to avoid and explain why you don’t need them anyway.
*If desired, we can measure metabolisms of attendees and produce printouts listing each individual’s exact daily resting caloric expenditure. It takes about 10 minutes per person and requires us to bring some equipment, so there is an extra $25 fee per metabolism test.
